I am. I have made 21 week long out of town trips this year (OK, it might be 22...), and have gone to places like Calgary, Toronto, Helena, San Diego - right now, I am at the airport in Columbus, OH.

I mostly fly on Delta, Rent from Hertz and stay at Marriots (mostly Faifields and Residences). What's your frequent traveler story?

I drive a lot if that counts. The past two months I've made a few trips to Tampa/St Pete, had to go to a conference in Orlando around then, and planning on going to Miami for the holidays.

So rather than having hotel/airline habits, I have favorite stops along I75/The Turnpike/US19 and my car is usally a mess of soda bottles and wrappers by the end of it.

I used to leave town around a dozen times each year, but this year I only took two trips to Las Vegas in February, two to Denver in March, a weeklong trip to Las Vegas in May, and the twelve-day odyssey to Atlanta and Orlando in September.

I've travelled across Canada three times over the past ten years...and I've lived in about ten cities over the past ten years. Couple that with having vacationed in another five or so places...yeah, I'd say I've travelled.

My preferred way of travel: Greyhound!!!! They really gotta start with the Airmiles program on the Greyhound system.

I like to travel when I can, and have only really been able to now that I am in college. There's something that amazes me about good rail travel. Coming from LA, and now going to school closer to the San Francisco Bay Area, the CalTrain and BART are awesome for when I visit friends that go to school at Berkeley and Stanford. I'm also pretty excited about the new highspeed rail programs being planned in California and hopefully getting finished within 15-20 years. It makes up for my lack of car, and thus I really appreciate good mass transit.

Not that much of a frequent traveler. Not required for work (30 minute commute by train0

Once maybe twice I year I really travel and when I say that, I mean it

From Amsterdam to (fill in the locations of the past 5 WMs) and then some holidays to NY-NJ to visit friends or just to have fun.

*sigh* Why bother?

I used to commute from Dallas to Orange County. For 13 months every Monday and Friday I was flying. I think that I still have around 300,000 miles to use on America West (You can get anywhere you want as long as you go thru Phoenix). I wonder how their recent merger will effect those miles?

The merger will combine American West and US air loyalty programs - but AW miles expire if you don't fly for awhile - so you ought to look into it.

I've travelled more this year than most. I've made two trips to New York City, one to Chicago, one to Portland OR, one to Vegas and now about to embark on a 20 hour drive to Los Angeles.

I don't like to travel. My wife likes to travel even less.

We go to Disneyland every year, though -- that's the only thing worth getting on an airplane for.

We'll occasionally brave the trip up to Vancouver, BC (to see the New Pornographers) or down to Seattle or even Portland.

We also took a road trip (7 hours or so) this year down to Cannon Beach (on the Oregon coast) to see her in-laws. They also have a really big rock there.

( Here is a picture I took of the really big rock. For scale, there's a person down in the lower right-hand corner.)

Didn't used to be until my girlfriend found a Celtic rock band that puts the C back in creative to go see when they are close enough. 12 hour drives are fun. :-D

Batman: Arkham Asylum. As a relative newbie into the current world of gaming, I played Arkham City first, finished it, and now am going backwards to play this game. Both are fantastic.
