Aside from the occasional excpetion, matches have been madel ike that in a loooong time. More accurately:

Wrestler 1: Sir, I want a match with Wrestler 2 at the next PPV.

Commissioner/Owner/CEO/President: OK, you go win a match against wrestler 3, and you got your match.

Caring is the first step towards disappointment.
