We've discussed at length in previous threads how difficult it is to leave AOhelL. Now you can read their Retention Manual and feel vindicated that it's not just difficult operators. It's company policy!

Oh it's not really a problem, but even if someone had experience with it they likely did a google search and followed instructions they found there so it's likely you'll get a link you'd find if you searched yourself.
