The way it worked in Seattle this year was that I got an email that WM19 was coming. The first one was in September which gave me info on when tickets were going on sale and when the presale was. Then there was a 2nd one in January about a week before presale and it gave a code, which I believe was WMANIA.
I live in the Seattle area so it worked well for me. I had friends in other states and they didn't get that email so the presale was exclusively for the Seattle-Tacoma area. Whether this is the same this time around, who the hell knows. I doubt the code will be the same.
