A question that's been eating at my brain for a while - you might know that The Crazy Ones' opening credits (youtube.com) ape famous ad campaigns. Does anyone know which brands/ads specifically?

I know Robin Williams's is the We Want You - Uncle Sam ad, and Amanda Setton's is Macy's. I can't figure out the rest. Google didn't help, so I thought I should pose the question to your collective knowledge bank. Help?

Off the top of my head...

SMG=Cover Girl. Hamish Linklater=Absolut Vodka. Not sure about the other guy.

Huh - I've seen every episode and it never dawned on me that they were from famous ad campaigns. It makes sense, though.

I think Wolk is supposed to be the Brad Pitt Chanel #5 ads

SMG and Linklater definitely seem right. The fonts match. I'm not sure Wolk's is Chanel #5 for the same reason, because the font didn't match. They're pretty meticulous about the font, because that's how I managed to identify the others.

I get the feeling it's some sort of clothes brand, but for the life of me I can't think of one that has a logo with faded letters inside a box.

----EDIT-----
Got it! It's gotta be this Wrangler ad (garyengbergoutdoors.com). The font matches!

I love the theme song though, it's now my ringtone.

For what its worth, my wife's hooked on the series after seeing last weeks' episode.

Listen, it was Valentine's Day, and this is one of the things we ended up doing, and UGH. Beautiful Creatures review with SPOILERS (backofthehead.com) Full of stuff so banal, it was actually left out of Twilight.
