If you can get your hands on an Atari Flashback 2, the designer's posted instructions on the Intertubes to add a cart slot. Pretty much by design, too, as the circuit board has all the solder points helpfully labeled. I plan on doing this to mine, too... here's the site (atarimuseum.com).
