I use Mail 1.3.11 on my Mac here at work, and every once in a while I will go into the Trash to find a deleted e-mail and it will give me this message:
The message from TrackingUpdates@fedex.com concerning “FedEx Shipment 123456789012 Delivered” has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.
Now, the thing is that my account is more-or-less always online, and even if I hit Get Mail it doesn't change the status of the deleted mail, so the only thing I can do is close Mail and reopen it to access the e-mails in the Trash. Any W's know another way to deal with this? It's only annoying because it is seemingly indiscriminate when choosing when to do it, like "screw you, I don't feel like it right now."

Having anything called "iPod Classic" makes me feel old. I remember my first gen Windows 5 GB arriving as my birthday present a couple weeks before they popped up in stores.
