| #1 Posted on 27.7.03 2200.06 | I've been a 311 fan since 1997. They are a cross-over band (not like Limp Bizkit) from Omaha, Nebraska. Their most well-known album is their self-titled (AKA blue album).
I should have a pic of Nick Hexum on my signature.... yeah, I think I'll change that as my permanent sig. pic.

| #3 Posted on 29.7.03 1545.03 | | Back when I was living in Norfolk Va, 311 was playing at the bar I worked at. The bouncers would act as security for the band. So, we were walking the band and thier tour manager back to the dressing room, when the drummer slapped one of the waitresses on the ass. I told him that was bullshit of him to do, so he told me to fuck off. So, I punched him in the head. The other bouncer with me held us apart, and the guys went back to the dressing room without further incident. Since then, I have never been a 311 fan. | PalpatineW

| #5 Posted on 29.7.03 1600.08 | Hey, *I* like 311. I think their self-titled album and "Soundsystem" are very good, but I'm not a big fan of "Transistor" although I like "Beautiful Disaster", I thought the rest of the CD was pretty crappy. I didn't buy their latest CD, though I liked what I heard of it on the radio.
I didn't realize there were so many 311-haters.

Simply beautiful. A couple of friends of mine are obsessed with 311. To listen to them, 311 is one of the greatest bands of all time, this only adds to my dislike of the group.
