Hey lookee here: Interesting but not surprising that the "A" team is moving to FOX. MORE interesting that Tom and Byron are shelved in favour of the ol' fossil and the "we need to do something with him while his brother's in legal hot water" Uso....I'm not sure how long that team can last, but I'm happy to see Vic get the shot.

Ummm...that's NOT one of the Usos. It's Dio Maddin, who recently moved from wrestler to announcer and has been working 205 Live with Vic.

Dio is an odd choice for RAW. I know we're focusing on Smackdown right now, but RAW is still kind of important, and Dio has called, what, 3 shows? He's not bad, if you ask me, but he's still kind of rough and getting his feet under him. Meanwhile, Aiden English has gotten really good (as long as he's not overdoing a bit). Good for Vic, though, who's really made his way up and has become a very, very good play-by-play guy. King is an absolute dinosaur and has no place anywhere in the modern product.

Speculation abounds regarding the future of 205. If it doesn't get cancelled (and I'm going to be pretty mad if it does), then I guess we do have Tom and Byron floating around, but that would be a serious demotion. Tom's always been pretty good, and Byron was a real linchpin in the Kofi angle, so I don't know why they're getting this treatment. I guess we also don't know the current status on NXT UK, a show that got a lot better after its very rough start. Hopefully, if nothing else, Aiden winds up over there along with Vic and Nigel. The three of them are actually my favorite announce team. They've got really good chemistry, and Aiden and Nigel banter in a way that doesn't feel like scripted sniping at each other.

F'n Jerry Lawler??? "Mr PUPPIES!!!" himself? That's it for me & Raw then. (I'm barely watching anyway, but that's a total dealbreaker.)

There are approximately 5 decades' difference between the cultural references of Lawler and Ranallo.

The idea of Lawler calling a Becky Lynch match is awful. I've been pretty done with RAW for a while, but my husband still puts it on in the background (I suspect more out of habit than anything). Fox and Dish (and thus Sling) are in some kind of pissing contest, so I'm not sure if I will have the option of watching Smackdown as it airs.

I am concerned about no information on 205. I assume it will be cancelled because everything I enjoy gets taken away. I hope they keep the belt going and move it to NXT if that is the case. I also hope it doesn't mean the end of Adien English on commentary. He's not a bad wrestler, but I think he is even better on commentary. I will keep my fingers crossed for him to go to NXT UK, and reunite with Nigel and Vic.

No Tom Phillips is completely baffling.

It's the most important meal of the day.

Toss up between that, & "the Sexy Southern Belle" (nomenclature which *already* makes me want to barf) -- ugh.

I was at the live show on Monday in Phoenix, & it was a whole mixed bag of good stuff (Thanks, Paul!!), together with some eh-ness. Then I got home & checked a couple of things on my (Sling) DVR, & couldn't take the yipping Lawler.

For me, it's a habit, tinged with a bit of FOMO. As always, when they re-arrange stuff between shows, they always chop together some good stuff (Becky, Paul/Brock, Riccochet/Caesaro, etc) along with all the crap (no point in listing expressly), so that it's not actually "good", but there are a few "good bits". It's all about the tipping point.

Looked to me like they (Sling, at least) decided to pull the plug on that last Sunday between Bob's Burgers & Family Guy. I laughed at the timing.

(Not my thing, but I believe I saw something about it moving to Friday ...)

I think we all watch RAW out of the deep-seated fear that the week we give up on it is the week they finally run another "Festival of Friendship."

Boy, you can say that again. I do believe he said he won the Royal Rumble, "proving that I am more superior than everyone in this company". I mean, that is right up there with "I the real Brock Lesnar is unstoppable.
