Last night, Coulter had to cancel her speech at the University of Ottawa due to safety concerns, and she's now considering a human rights complaint.
At my alma mater, the University of Western Ontario, she told a Muslim student to ride a camel, but worse than that is her dig at Canada:
“You guys used to be so cool. You were smokers. You had epic hockey fights. We had half our comedians from Canada. Now you’re all a bunch of girls named Francois.”
I have to say, all this hype has made me think about going to see her speak tomorrow night when she's scheduled to talk at the U of Calgary.
Does this happen everywhere she goes or are we just overly sensitive?| Promote this thread! | | lotjx

Ironically she has also learned something that she accuses liberals of, playing the wronged poor little victim. Why would anyone waste their money or time with her. And don't go and heckle her, she lives for that. The best thing to do is ignore her. That is the best way to get to her.

Unfortunately, you have to get the tickets directly from a local conservative organization, and I didn't feel it was worth the hassle to undoubtedly be bothered by those folks over the long run.
I'm sure it'll be on the news, though. | Above Average 1

Before the speech: "U of O Campus Tories sponsoring Anne Coulter tonight. Brown people and Muslims might want to skip this one."
After the speech: I don't like shutting down speech.I Hope UofO conservative party club gets their money back. Tories are the victims here.
Because sadly she is going to make it herself and the University PC organization is the one that loses both face and possibly money.

And no one would care and no publicity would insue.
