His side of the story is great in this one. He was sending a text and got distracted. Then he was in the middle of an ice storm and called the police for help but they wouldn't help him. And he completely ignores the fact that he failed a sobriety test on the spot.
What does this have to do with TNA? Are they supposed to follow their talent around with breathalyzers? And rumors aside, Jeff Hardy's arrest occurred prior to joining TNA.
The argument could be made that TNA should set a good example by firing Angle but that's not going to happen. Is this any different than Alex Riley getting a DUI? I don't recall the WWE doing anything to punish him other than having a few jokes made at his expense on-air.

I think here, they were referring to that last PPV where Jeff (reportedly!) had to be helped from his trailer to the entrance too.

I still fail to see the relevancy, unless TNA was holding a show in that median.

See "Again" in thread title.
Again, I fail to see the relevance. He was cleared of all charges the last time he was arrested for a DUI.
To be clear, I think Kurt Angle is an idiot. Even if his side of the story is 100% true, I still think Kurt Angle is an idiot. But I don't believe this has anything to do with TNA. If professional wrestling were to weed out all the idiots, there'd be approximately six fans watching a camera man film an empty ring.

True, wrestlers are a dysfunctional lot, but there have always been SOME controls. TNA can't babysit the talent, but they can do something. Jeff should have been fired. Straight up. You can't put up with someone ruining a major show and endangering another talent regardless of how much merch they sell. I don't think Angle should be fired, but I'd make him take some time off and do some jobs when he came back.
They should also be rewarding the guys that actually do stay clean (by wrestling standards). There are too many talented workers in TNA that could draw if given the chance to put up with this crap.
Byte This wallpaper is a 100 times more interesting then the actual show... It's like a good trailer for a bad movie, the ability to cut out 90 good seconds from a real bad flick LoL
