Has anyone heard his new mainly covers album "Weapon of Mass Construction"?
I have mixed thoughts.
I *LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE* The American. One of my favorite albums.
The new songs on "Weapon" are brilliant, I think "Nazis on My Radio" might be my favorite Aparo song, overshadowing anything off his last album.
The covers of "Imagine", "Fight For Your Right", and "Man in the Box" are great. Imagine with the wah peddle(sic?) muted guitar and the background singers making the song, "Fight For Your Right" is just fun and goofy, and "Man in the Box" is SO haunting.
None of the rest of the songs stand out as super great, though. They're good, but they don't.. wow me.
Anyone else with opinions?

I never thought I'd get to this point in my relationship with Big Sugar. I went over this in my last Big Sugar review, but to briefly recap: I saw them eons ago and it was way too loud and I was overly bitter about it for a long-ass time.
