Or just a bit of election topicality?

Either way, I don't like it.

Considering that neither one of us is voting for him, I think it's just topical.

OK, I presume to know who Chris is voting for, since I'm voting for the candidate I think he supports.

Just out of curiousity,

Do you not consider this election important enough to make a "lesser of two evils" pick, or do you consider Bush and Kerry equally "evil?"

Something like that.

"It's not a matter of whether the war is not real, or if it is. Victory is not possible. The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous. Hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. This new version is the past and no different past can ever have existed. In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation. The war is waged by the ruling group against its own subjects and its object is not the victory over either Eurasia or East Asia but to keep the very structure of society intact."

I was wondering if that logo might show up tomorrow if the election went that way.

If the challenger wins, unfortunately http://the-k.com/ is already taken.

In a completely non-partisan way(I'm Canadian, it's natural), good luck to your country whatever the outcome. As long as there's Cookie Crisp cereal for sale, I'll be a fan of the USA.

Hell, had either candidate pledged a low-cost importation of Maple Shreddies as part of their platform, they would have HAD my vote, even if it was Bush.

You CAN buy them online, but it's like US$15 a box.

Yeah, but I don't think that anybody expected that the Politics forum would remain closed until this time(215 EST)without a clear winner either...
