Right behind FG, American Dad continues to be well-done in its own way. Can't say that the main plot of "Stan as a meter maid" worked too much for me, but the secondary plot was good stuff, as Roger's always good for a laugh. But the Forrest Whitaker cameo was great stuff, especially when he kept turning back and forth from the Smith's front porch.
Thumbs mildly up this week, but this show needs more Patrick Stewart, who's presence was missed this week.
I didn't watch. I was kind of disappointed at it being heralded as a ground-breaking way of storytelling when Showtime did this basic concept with a show called "Leap Years" that lasted all of one or two seasons (2001-2002).
