This is one of those episodes where I don't have much to say about it, but it was certainly a lot of fun. Steve trying to don a costume was a lot of fun, but the twist with Roger taking credit was just a bit too predictable.
It's a fine episode of AD, but not one of the better ones this season. But I did get a laugh out of the "maybe baby" medley.
Stan: A new baby could be the son I never had. Steve: Alive, over here. Stan: He could be brave and have my back. I'll name him...something strong...Steve! Steve: Already named Steve, over here. Stan: We'll change YOUR name. You can call yourself Eve...like the douche.
It was a pretty there episode. If anything it kept the theme of good for you going with the rest of the shows. Good for Junior for getting a hot chick, good for Peter for being right for once and good for Steve for showing some balls. If anything I did enjoy Rodger finally getting his to some degree. The Quagmire thing at the end was a nice touch.
The Wee Baby Sheamus.
Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.
Ok, I realize that this show likes to recycle plot threads and devices every now and then. For the most part, it's not terrible. But if there's one plot device I never want to see again, it's The Simpsons in the future.
