It started off like most AD episodes with Stan wanting to make something out of Steve, but it got really funny, really fast. Snot's Nancy Kerrigan, Barry getting lit on fire for some reason, and Principal Lewis'...well...ANYTHING Principal Lewis was just great!
I was actually about to make a comment during this episode along the lines of "Shouldn't Stan have a job?", before they actually addressed it with Klaus in disguise! That was the highlight of the episode for me.
It's another thumbs up for AD this week!
Snot: Why? WHY? Rabbi: Why ask why? Try Bud Dry. Snot: That's an old reference. Rabbit: Not as old as the Nancy Kerrigan thing you're doing.
The Charlotte's Web references were pretty fantastic. This was high-caliber American Dad.
"It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone." --- Bart Giamatti, on baseball
I watched the film today, owing to my hetero man-crush on Michael Cera. He is as good as ever, and Kat Dennings knows how to keep up with him. The actress who plays Kat's friend is also very good, and is a very believable drunk.
