Also good - The Raveonettes, White Rabbits, Blackalicious, Nina Simone, Rodrigo Y Gabriela and I've heard good things about Those Darlins, but I haven't actually listened to them yet.
EDIT: Also the Dylan cover album has Issac Hayes, The Band, Taj Mahal and RL Burnside among others, so I'll probably pick that up too.

A big fat DITTO from me. This album has their cover of Janet Jackson's What Have You Done for Me Lately, which I definitely wouldn't kick out of bed for eating crackers.
