And know the VinMahon like we all do, how much do you people want to bet that they will let the overshadow Goldberg and Lesnar!

It probably wouldn't be booked and shouldn't last long but Vince McMahon would have to make an appearance and kick Bischoff and Heyman's assess. Could be good entertainment as long as it doesn't take spots away from deserving wrestlers such as RVD, Lance Storm ect. I will probably be spontanius like the Cat Fight last year with Torrie and Stacy and The Miller Lite Girls

Potentially lackluster N.W.O. main event? The smart marks are pumped because Eddie has a good chance of winning. And the marks LOVE to boo Lesnar and LOVE to cheer Eddie. I think the only way it could be considered lackluster is from the viewpoint that Eddie hasn't really main evented much at all. I'm actually disappointed for once that I'll miss a WWE PPV since I'll be seeing Henry Rollins live. | mercer

Surely you jest, Hank Rollins is the shnizzle. Have you ever seen any of his standup stuff, not only does he rock like crazy in music, but he can have you rolling on the floor laughing during his one man show!

The big pay-off match is, or at least WAS (Meltzer), Goldberg vs. Austin. Now I knew the first part, I guess agree with the second as it isn't as big anymore, wrestling isn't as big anymore, and Goldberg isn't the draw he was.
But this is a match that has to happen. And Goldberg in some way shape or form should turn heel. Not by spearing Austin or jackhammering Torrie, but by running down the fans, running down everyone but his mama.
I KNOW! Align him with... Vince RUSSO!

Have you ever seen Lance Storm and Henry Rollins at the same place at the same time?
I've heard the Lesnar/Goldberg with Austin as the ref rumour a number of places. Makes sense too, Austin should have a spot on the card and needs to be involved in a WM angle with Goldberg somehow. Also, if Goldberg is on his way out, what better way to have the fans not miss him than to have Austin stun him and effectively show him the door on the biggest of all stages?
What was the point of this thread again? Oh yeah...
From everything I've heard, Vince is actually handling WM well this year in terms of setting the lineup. No McMahons on the card, no geriatrics in spots they don't deserve, no talentless hacks (A-Train, Nathan Jones) taking spots away from more deserving guys. The card looks very good based on what has been reported aside from the Torrie/Sable vs. Jackie/Stacy match, and I don't really see them adding another filler match between GMs. It would just water down the card too much.
