I'm just firguing it *has* be sitting on a shelf somewhere in Northern Cal, but then again it is a somewhat obscure History Channel documentary.
I'm still willing to pay a bounty! Name your price.

Gee, this was a tough one. Took me all of three minutes to go to the history channel store (store.aetv.com) and find it listed for $24.95.
