Well, it looks like the former WWF's axe is waving swiftly in light of recent events. First, Last Call Hall screws up second chance #242. Now Hennig finds out the hard way about the power of the mullet. With the former WWF in shambles business-wise and more details of the offbeat shenanigans in Europe being revealed, it seems like the axe is just getting warmed up. Who, if anybody, will be joining Hall and Hennig in the unemployment line to get money for their pink-slip party?
Nah... Nash is too smart for that. He *knew* that he could get away with that stuff in WCW, but not in WWE. I expect a WWE.com interview wherein Nash will say that Hall failed to capitalize on his last chance and WWE did what it had to do, blah blah blah. The guy is all about self-preservation.

While working security at a local indy show, I saw Ricky Morton's bare ass, and the next time I hear anybody out there say "playing Ricky Morton", the person they mention had best have a really nice ass.
DAMMIT LEACH OF THE NIGHT You had me going there. I just sent a post on the other thread celebrating the fact that eddie had nothing to do with the incident. I.m serious, if eddie got the pink slip, what reason would there be to watch wwe programming????

All I'm saying is it's not on the list. The fact that you can still get to it means nothing since, as I'm typing this, this is still on the site. Maybe it means nothing, but if oyu can still get to Hall's even though he's not on the list...

Thoughts re: WWFSuperstars.com... If the Federation really wants us to take the split seriously, they'll stop using that site entirely and make us go to the individual Raw and SD sites for the superstar bios.

Originally posted by tarnish Aha. See I went to http://www.wwfsuperstars.com and didn't see a `list' link. So I clicked on the ``see Billy Kidman's bio'' link, realized I just had to type Eddie's name into the URL, and voila.
Shit, now I'm worried.
Eddie's been one of the few things I've enjoyed about recent WWF shows. His program with RVD could be huge.
He is still listed as the Intercontinental Champ at the bottom of http://www.wwfsuperstars.com, though, which, hopefully, is a good sign.
My feelings exactly TARNISH. If eddie gets fired im done with WWF errrrrr WWE errr whatever the hell they decide to call themselves next WEEK.
So far it seems as if the guys who are causing the problems are the ones with well known histories of doing exactly what they are doing. Curt Henning has been known as an extreme ribber and backstage nuissance. Everyone knows that Hall is a drunk. The WWF really ought to rethink their plans of signing any guy with a name and hope they just blend in. The WWF really should be blaming themselves for signing jerks that are known jerks.
wwfsuperstars.com is no longer a site to worry about. In a few days, it will be gone... if you want to read official bios, go to raw.wwe.com or smackdown.wwe.com
Everything is being moved. Hall and Perfect are off the superstar lists on the current pages. We should learn from past experience that typing in a url means NOTHING. If the page isn't linked from an official site, it HAS NO BEARING ON ANYTHING.
The last thing I would usually push for is a plan that says "make kids with cancer sad" but I don't know how long a company can go with "make kids with cancer happy" as their guiding business principle.
