The National Weather Service recorded a snowfall of 3.8 inches at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport but 5.3 inches at the weather service's offices in Chanhassen.
The snowfall brought this winter's total to 17.9 inches, making it 14th on the list of least snowy winters, the NWS said.
