Back when I had a PC, there was a program I had called AIM Plus that basically cloned AIM on your computer so you could have two copies of the program running at once. I can't find anything like that for my Mac. I don't care about the cloning, all I want is a program that will enable me to sign on to two different screennames simultaneously. Anyone know of one?

I just started using a program called Adium, and it appears it will let you do that, in addition to logging into MSN, Yahoo and others.

www.adiumx.com

It's also open source, if you care about stuff like that.

Trillian is another program of the same type, and it's the one I use.

(It's good but not perfect - but I think I'm a version or so behind.)

The site you linked to is for the PC version (the file it downloads is .exe) and I can't find any Mac versions.

I downloaded Adium the other day, but was confused by it. That was mainly because I was very impatient and there seems to be a lot of things with that program that you have to customize, compared to AIM which is just password, log in, you're done. I guess I'll have to give that program a little more time. Thanks.

Duh. I shall learn to read yet.

The 'Trillian for OSX' is Fire.

A google search also turned up "Roundup: IM Clients For OS X", but it's a couple years old.

I've googled around a bit and it looks like you can't -- not in iTunes, at least. Is there a way to convert or import a track in another format and trim it in a different program? And what program would that be? I'm using a PC, by the way.
