| #1 Posted on 12.2.11 1514.31 | From TNA Wrestling.com here is the card for Against All Odds
LADDER MATCH FOR THE TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLEJeff Hardy vs. (c) Mr. Anderson
SPECIAL STIPULATIONSJeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle
KNOCKOUTS TITLE - LAST KNOCKOUT STANDING
Mickie James vs. (c) Madison Rayne
STREET FIGHT
Bully Ray vs. Brother Devon
Matt Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam
The Pope vs Samoa Joe
X Division #1 Contenders Triple Threat
Beer Money and Scott Steiner vs. Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy
There are five rematches from Genesis and you've got some of the best wrestlers(Styles, Kazarian, Williams) that don't have a Match but hey at least Gunner, Murphy and Rob Terry are on the PPV. Matt Morgan who Main Evented two of the last three PPVs doesn't have a PPV Match either.
The X Division was supposed to be rebuilt but the three X Division qualifying Matches got a combined thirteen minutes. That, plus we've got three heels in the match won't help the crowd get into it. I don't get why Sabin didn't win one of the qualifying matches that way you have a face in there. I have no idea why the wretched Robbie E won either as you could have had Suicide(Daniels) win and it would have made the match better. I doubt the Match gets more than 6-7 minutes and The X Division will continue to be dormant.
Speaking of dormant the Tag team division is pretty dormant too. The MCMG are out and there's nothing much out there except for Beer Money. I'd have loved to see Beer Money take on Gen Me but they've been moved to the X Division. Anyway Beer Money and Steiner Vs Gunner, Murphy and Terry should be the worst PPV Match up that Beer Money has ever been involved with. You can't discount the chances of a Steiner heel turn here. You know for swerves sake. Steiner really is better off as a heel..
Bully Ray Vs Devon was surprisingly good last month and you'd think a street fight would play even better to their strengths, but with Devon's kids throw in there it could be a clusterfrick. You can't discount another swerve with Devon's kids turning on him.
Mickie James Vs Madison Rayne was a pretty boring match last month and this month they're gonna at it again in a last Knockout standing Match. You would think the Match would be better than last months match. I hope Mickie moves on to a feud with Sarita or maybe Tara again.
Rvd Vs Matt Hardy was a pretty crappy match last month with Matt being very rusty. He hasn't looked all that great lately but you gotta figure it will be better than last months match. RVD has been lost in the shuffle lately and TNA really hasn't made a big deal out of Matt. He's just been there.
Angle and Jarrett have had tremendous matches in the past and this will likely be the match of the night, but the stipulations are ridiculous. I expect either Crimson or Steiner to cost Angle the Match and his chance to get custody of his kids.
The Pope and Samoa Joe are just two guys that have been fubar'd by Russo's booking and really mean a lot less than they used to. The feud means nothing and these guys get thirty seconds of airtime. I suspect they'll bust their asses and have a better than expected match on Sunday.
Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match is usually really good and I expect a good match with a ton of overbooking and interference.
This PPV has some potential but it will likely be a mess of a PPV with a ton of interference and overbooking. As far as the predictions I'll go with Pope, Jarrett, Robbie E, Bully Ray, Anderson, Beer Money and Steine, RVD and Mickie James.

| #2 Posted on 12.2.11 1627.45 | Instant Rating: 7.91 | Yeah, lost in all the hoopla of the MEM reunion idea blowing up in their faces, I forgot there's a PPV Sunday. It's either a case where TNA bounces back big or they make a bad situation even worse.
LADDER MATCH FOR THE TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Jeff Hardy vs. (c) Mr. Anderson
This looks like a classic case of clusterfuckery. Would TNA be dumb enough to put the belt back on Jeff, knowing he's due back in court soon? Signs point to YES! Jeff wins after Steiner shows up and turns on Anderson, because predictable heel turns are what Scott Steiner does!
SPECIAL STIPULATIONS: Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle
I don't know WHAT the special stipulations are, nor do I care to actually check. I just know this angle's in pretty poor taste. I'm sure the Angle kids love watching real life dirty laundry unfold on TV. Jarrett wins, just to keep this terrible angle going.
KNOCKOUTS TITLE - LAST KNOCKOUT STANDING: Mickie James vs. (c) Madison Rayne
Mickie's the best thing to happen to the Knockouts division since Kong's heyday. Mickie retains.
STREET FIGHT: Bully Ray vs. Brother Devon
"Bully Ray" has to be one of the dumbest monikers I've seen on a wrestler in ages. I miscued last month, but THIS MONTH is where Brother Runt shows up. Devon wins.
Matt Hardy vs. Rob Van Dam
Could be a good match if Matt brings his A-game, but that's very rare these days. Matt wins via shenanigans.
The Pope vs Samoa Joe
Why is Joe wrestling this far in the undercard? More staggeringly, why did they turn Pope heel?! He was supposed to be this company's biggest sure thing! That wasn't even A YEAR AGO and they fucked it up! Unbelievable. Pope wins via some random stupidity.
X Division #1 Contenders Triple Threat: Max Buck vs Jeremy Buck vs Robbie E
Why is Robbie E still on my TV? Unfortunately, because the other two guys are Gen ME'ers, I give this one to Robbie E.
Beer Money and Scott Steiner vs. Rob Terry, Gunner and Murphy
Faces win easily to make Steiner's turn later in the night more of a "surprise".
Not looking forward to this one...

Jarrett tweeted that he and his wife are renewing their vows
JeffJarrettTNA: Renewing our vows on March 3rd on Impact...
so that could be, well, confusing for the kids too.

| #6 Posted on 12.2.11 2001.09 | Instant Rating: 5.03 | Anderson. I have no doubt that at some point Vinnie Ru has said that they have to give the win to Jeff because the smarts all think he will lose. But this time the higher-ups have sufficient reason to stop his dumbassery (the fact that it IS dumbassery ought to be sufficient, but we all know it's not). I think there's a better chance of someone not in the match ending up with the title than for Jeff to.
Jarrett. Anytime the stipulation is that if one wrestler loses, a whole big elaborate TV event happens, the TV event is going to happen.
Mickie. She's got other people to feud with as champ.
Ray. I had the same initial thought that Graves9 did--one or both of Devon's kids turns on him and side with their cool uncle instead.
Matt. He's new enough that they'll still be in building him up mode.
Joe. This match is just far enough down the card that they'll throw him a bone.
Robbie E. Er, who are these people?
Stenier/Beer Money. If they were going to give Steiner's side a loss soon after his return, it would be against someone of importance. | texasranger9

Matt over RVD

| #13 Posted on 13.2.11 1522.22 | From Pwinsider: UPDATE: There had been speculation that Generation Me might actually make it because the tweets had been deleted, but it has now been announced that Kazarian will defend the X-Division title. The opponent has not been revealed, but it will most likely be Robbie E.
I'll go with Kazarian. I hope he faces somebody good and not Robbie E.
