I just want to go on the record and say Adalius Thomas is a freaking dope. You're a multi million dollar football player who hasn't lived up to the hype, watch the weather, set your alarm clock earlier and hire a fucking plow guy ...

Blame the Patriots' front-office for the multi-million dollar bit. He was hitting 30 when they signed him for big money. The Pats have let enough teams overpay for their aging stars and then watched them underperform, so they must've known there was a good chance he wouldn't live up to the contract.
And if near 10% of your roster turns up late for work because of weather-related traffic jams, it's probably fair to say that weather/traffic was pretty bad.
Not that he doesn't come off as a tosser in the interview (Belichick is doing what he thinks is best for the TEAM not for HIMSELF, Adalius) but reading between the lines he seems to be saying he's not the only one of the four who's miffed. He's just the only one who doesn't mind saying it, probably because he knows he's set for cuts-ville come the end of the season.
