 I think Reggie Parks retains the rights to the belt design; WWE just has the rights for the old-school WWF block logos on the belt...which I don't think I can make out on the shirt.
Heck, Reggie still offers the belt for sale, and it's more to get the authentic WWF logos than generic replacements...that must be Vince's fee.
