AAA: El Videojuego will feature the league's familiar six-sided ring, as well as a number of international stars, including ex-WCW wrestlers La Parka and Konnan. Other AAA stars who could be included but are not yet confirmed for the game include Octagon, Abismo Negro, Jack Evans, Teddy Hart, and Silver King. One issue not addressed in the teaser is whether the game will feature the company's "mini" division of diminutive wrestlers like El Guapito and Mascarita Sagrada.
I hope its entirely in Spanish - and comes with hot sauce covered popcorn and spiced and roasted chapulines.

They've been talking about this for near a year, and I had trouble believing it until they showed the trailer at TripleMania, a couple of weekends ago. The news today was the first time anyone was sure it was going to be sold outside of Mexico.
Gamespot has the wrong La Parka, but they namechecked Guapito so they're cool. It'll be interesting to see what the actual roster turns out, because they've had some turnover since they started working on this project.

The game looks good, but I gotta ask: does AAA use a four sided ring or a six sided ring like TNA? The picture on the website and the videos suggest a six sided ring is utilized.
Wonder if Vampiro's going to be in it? He's done some work for AAA, right?
(edited by Oliver on 25.6.09 1005) Go Bluebombers!
They use a six sided ring on TV usually, but they run some buildings which only have room for a smaller four sided ring. Looks like it'll just be six in the game.
I saw Dr Wagner, Jr. at a "house show" in Oaxaca in 2007 - and he was over HUGE, even more than MÃstico. It was a bit of a surpise, as I kept hearing that MÃstico was the "next" Rey Mysterio, Jr.
Has AAA announced their event locations for August yet, and, if not, do you have any idea as to when those might get posted? The farthest out I can find is July 20th.

Nah. Just getting lineups 3 weeks in advance is a major step for them. Which is why the video game's existence is amazing (or something that Televisa just bought the rights to and did themselves.)
They have said that their 3rd major show of the year, Verano de Escandalo, will take place on August 16 in Monterrey. The rest we probably won't hear about for a few weeks.
