I'm sure this is probably just a IE setting I need to change, but I don't know which one.
On my computers at work, whenever I go to the W's home page, it always resets to the current time and pdates the new post info and everything. When I do the same at home, if I haven't exited the browser between visits, it will go back to the earlier time and I have to manually refresh the page to make it current. What do I need to change so it will STOP THAT.

I think what you're looking for is under Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings. Check for newer versions of stored pages: set that to every visit. This is on Win98 IE 5.5, though, so caveat emptor or something.
Whereas Almighty God hath created the mind free; that all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments or burthens, or by civil incapacitations, tend only to beget habits of hypocrisy and meanness, and are a departure from the plan of the Holy author of our religion, who being Lord both of body and mind, yet chose not to propagate it by coercions on either, as it was in his Almighty power to do...that our civil rights have no dependence on our religious opinions, any more than our opinions in physics or geometry...and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself, that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict, unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate, errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them - Thomas Jefferson,Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom --//-- Lunatic Fringe
