Considering his history of knee injuries, as well as his currently needing to have his knee scoped, wouldn't it make some sense for the WWF/E to stop having him pop up onto the ramp. It looks great, but considering his knee problems, you don't know how many times he can land on a surface that doesn't have any give.
I want you to know, I agree with everything I've just said.
I think the LACK of give is not hurting his knee at all, think about it, in the ring, he lands on his feet, and the ring bounces back up, putting more pressure on the knee... He really does not seem to get that much actual air anyway... I doubt his entrance is contributing to his knee problems much at all...
