I still miss the McDLT mainly because of it's use of mayo vs. the "standard" ketchup and mustard of the Quarter Pounder.
When I worked at a local Mickey D's back in my misspent youth I would also put McNugget Sweet and Sour sauce on them as my breaktime meal. Why yes, I *was* a morbidly obese teen, why do you ask??
And I second the love for the Cheddar Melt!

The McDLT never really left. It lives on as the Big N' Tasty.
And Oliver, we have 4 kinds of Angus burgers, but sadly, no artisan buns.

Hey, look at the calendar: They'll be bringing back the pumpkin pies in no time!
Also, quasi-related, does anybody live near a Burger King that still sells it's 'tacos'? I know they were horrid tacos by and large to many, but I thought the little bastards were tasty as hell; kind of like White Castle on a corn tortilla.

I seem to remember them doing that at some time in the past in my area, but it was forever ago. Wikipedia says that "Chili, tacos, the Sourdough burger and the Chicken Tender sandwiches are all US regional menu options."

BK's tacos, almost identical to Jack in the Box tacos, are available in limited markets. The Burger Kings in Utah were still selling them last time I looked.
There's a BK in the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City that has them too, but they're over $2 for a pair there.
The franchised BK's in my area became company stores recently, so I've been kind of hoping they'd bring them back. No such luck.

Well yeah, that's what I like about it. In fact I order it with no onions and EXTRA pickles. Hell, its about the only thing they'll put more than 3 pickles on. I enjoy it, but I don't have some insatiable craving to go back often like I do the Hu-Hot Mongolian Grill in town (those poor workers probably get tired of seeing me there).
Couldn't you just go to the store and get a package of those pork patties, bbq sauce, pickles and buns and make your own?

Ah, hell...I want to go to McDonalds and buy a huge bag of their pickles. They're awesome.
The McRib has been cold-cocked and dry-humped and left in a puddle of tears by the WENDY'S FLAVOR DIPPED BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH.
It is just like the McRib, dripping with sauce and covered in onions and pickles, except it is chicken and not... whatever McRib meat is actually made of.
BBQ chicken sandwich + chocolate frosty > the smiling face of God
Well, we went to test drive it, and notice right off the bat the the service engine light was on. We thought it may be something minor, so we took it out on the road for a short test drive.
