Ricardo Rodriguez was the last person to be caught. He was gone soon after. Or, he was going to be leaving and they caught him on the way out (Razor Ramon style.) This would figure to be just about the same thing. Maybe he'd been off the road so long that he stopped doing whatever it is everyone else apparently is doing to pass these, thinking it didn't matter any more.

I wonder if David Otunga still has to pass Wellness tests.
