In my spare time I do standup comedy, and I do a bit onstage about Street Fighter IV.

Just wanted to share this video of it; I'm happy with how it turned out:

Heh, thanks. The joke only works about half the time in front of an audience, but I think it's because there's such a strong visual component to it.

So I figured Youtube might be a better place for it to live..

I agree. I was pleasantly surprised. If I had one issue, it was the build up was a little too long (but what do I know), but the payoff was pretty funny. Huzzah!

It really does work with the Youtube vid. Remember that old Comedy Central show, Pulp Comics? They would have the comics do their standup and there would be skits related to their act. This vid reminded me of that.

Totally. That's what I was thinking of, format-wise, along with shows like "Shorties Watching Shorties" - stuff that lets the joke act as the narration for the scene.

And Leroy, I agree. That's actually something I'm trying to work on as a comic, to get to the punchlines quicker. :)

Good bit. Although it is a lot funnier to actually SEE the scientist guy working then to just hear about it, but you got the laugh, so who cares.

Also, you should add a joke or two making fun of the name "Seth". You got a laugh just by saying it. It really is an incredibly bland name for a video game supervillain.

That was awesome.

Also, your highest ranked title turns mysteriously into the "Dance Dance World Title". I mean, what the hell? Dance Dance World Title. Come on.
