Anyone going to this? Wonder if Jay-Z's going to diss Nas. Promote this thread!

Last year's featured Moby, Nelly Furtado, and Outkast among others. The Warped Tour is another strange tour. They have about 600 bands performing.

My friend couldn't remember the 4th band. I might have to go. I would pay $30 to see N.E.R.D., but would not drive all the way out to UMB Pavillion to see them. I hate everything. Tour I am most upset about missing - Puffy Amiyumi's American tour.

That was an odd triple-bill, with no festival behind it. (edited to fix typos) (edited by mattsledge on 16.7.02 0338)

I just remember that Wu-Tang didn't show up in St. Louis.

AIM: # 11 Posted on 18.7.02 2208.31 Reposted on: 18.7.09 2209.51 Wu-Tang didn't show up for a show, and then, believe it or not, my namesake got arrested for something or another and they wound up getting kicked off the tour. I think they replaced them with The Roots, if memory serves.

The concert was FREE!!! The lead signer/rapper in N.E.R.D. jumped into the crowd for their encore (Lapdance and Rock Star again) and ended up rapping Rock Star litearlly 2 feet away from me.
