Funny that no one's mentioned Austin, who's pretty much worn the same exact attire during his entire WWF career, give or take a knee brace or two. Then again, Austin's attire works for him

Just goes to show that some people don't need to change what they wear every six months to maintain popularity.

Austin hasn't changed anything really. However..
During his heel period his braces had gold on them. And then red.
Then he went back to black and he became a face again...

I recently changed my attire at work. Dress code calls for a shirt and tie but since my associates look at me as a man of the people, not some corporate managerial stooge, I decided to go business casual.

I get big pops at all our meeting now.

Even weirder when you consider there's not a lot you can do to market a guy in black boots and black tights (tm Eric Bischoff).
