I don't know, it may also be a matter of taste. I stopped listening to top 40 some 15 years ago, except for my stints in the wonderful world of food service where it was top 40 or some bizarro world tejano station and so I don't recognize a lot of the more current bands either. Actually, looking at the cd tower next to the computer, the only remotely top 40ish things in there are Creed's Weathered, for my wife who likes My Sacrifice, and Uncle Kracker's Double Wide, again for my wife who actually liked X-pac's theme. Other than that, the most recent top 40ish thing in there would be the Saturday Morning compilation cd from circa 1995.
