I thought Tuesday was gonna be some sort of looking back, and now it's an award show at The World. Does anybody actually know, without turning this into an Austin/whoever rumor thread, what's really gonna happen next week? I know fans are allowed, so are the WWE guys gonna be backstage and then come out, or is it gonna be Slammy-esque and have tables with past and present stars there? All I've heard so far is rumor.

Reposted on: 7.1.10 1329.08 | At this point it appears that Raw is live in CT next week, so I'm assuming it's a regular episode. SD is being taped Sunday night, so the guys can be at the Raw special on Tuesday.
From the little they've given us, it appears that they will show clips and recognize the most memorable Raw moment. They also promise "names from the past and present", but I'm not sure in what capacity. (perhaps to describe their own memorable moments?) The only former WWE personality that is confirmed to be there is Bobby Heenan. (Mean Gene confirmed this on Confidential) Other than that, who knows?
I'm still pretty pissed that Vince is making me choose between 24 and this... | GRL

I think it's possible that the WWE will give most memorable moment to Owen's tribute show, to give him his third (and obviously final) "Slammy-esque" award. If for no other reason than a tribute to the man who personified the wrestling award. | tomvejada
