| #1 Posted on 6.1.03 1853.04 Reposted on: 6.1.10 1855.39 | I'm listening to the Mikado today on the way home from the movies (trying to get the songs from Chicago out of my head). And when it got to the song "From Every Kind of Man Obedience I Expect" was playing, I thought, probably wrongly, you make an entertaining parody of it, relating to everyone's favorite nepotism target.
Here it is, for better of worse, with apologies to Messers. William S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan.
McMahon From every kind of man, Obedience I expect, I’m the Emperor from Stamford
HHH And I’m his huge son-in-law elect! He’ll marry his girl (He’s got only one) To his giant son-in-law elect!
McMahon My morals have been declared particularly voided;
HHH But that’s nothing at all, compared With those of his huge son-in-law elect! Bow Bow To his giant son-in-law elect!
ALL Bow Bow to his giant son-in-law elect!
McMahon In a ruthelss kind of way I govern the locker room, Or it’s the highway –
HHH Except for his huge son-in-law elect! Juiced to the gill, you will bow to his will, To the giant son-in-law elect!
McMahon I do not know wrong from right My will from all will shrink
HHH There is no bigger blight Compared to his huge son-in-law elect! Bow Bow to his giant son-in-law elect!
ALL Bow Bow to his giant son-in-law elect!
