Alright, if this is the final season, there's some big, series-long plotlines that need resolving. Here's what I'm remembering, and most likely outcomes.

Oddysey of Beecher - Keller, and even Shillinger, are really side characters in this plot, which is essentially "what's it like for YOUR candy-ass to get thrown in jail?" I think they've got to let him get paroled this time, and let him get the last word in on Shillinger. Everything else will end bad, but this one they've got to do the happy ending.

Alvarez vs. Solitary - Alvarez fucks up again and get life in solitary. No brainer.

Mafia vs. Gangsters vs. Hispanics - beats me, but even though this feud has gotten pushed pretty far down the card, there's got to be a resolution. My call is the Gangsters finally put an end to the Sicilians, and end up controlling the drug trade with the Hispanics.

Saga of Augustus Hill - beats me. I think he lives, walks, becomes a bad-ass, and takes over the Gangsters, but I really don't know.

Cyril, Ryan, and Gloria - Cyril gets executed in the final episode. Ryan kills Gloria and himself. Rebadow is mixed up in there somehow.

Glynn vs. Sister Pete vs. McManus - beats me, but there's got to be some resolution to the whole "rehab vs. punishment" question that these three always fight about. My call is Glynn retires, McManus gets offered the warden job, and moral crisis ensue, with Sister Pete offering the defining words of wisdom.

Saga of Peter Shibetta - Shibetta snaps and ends up raping Shillinger. Shilliger's got to get his in the end somehow, and this is the best way to do it, I think.

Other plots I'm missing?

EDIT: Jesus, I forgot about Said. Spiritul crisis time, where he (not Augustus) takes over the gangsters. Toby and Sister Pete help him see the light at the end.

No happy ending for Beecher. To me the way to end it is Beecher gets his final revenge on Schillinger, kills him with his own bare hands somehow. When they bring him back into Oz after he does his deed they tell him his parole had just been granted, but now with this murder, he's never going to be able to get out, and cue credits.

If they were going to let Beecher out, they would have done it before the Dusty Finish of Season 3.
