Do not watch Raw tonight. It will not be any better than the Raws of previous weeks. It will continue to feature the same kind of sports entertainment that you do not like to see on a wrestling program. Triple H's "God push" will continue. In fact, the entire show will be centered around hyping the Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H match at the PPV. RVD and Booker T's respective "burials" will continue; in fact, one will likely wrestle in the opening match while the other puts over Bautista to build Bautista up before his loss to Kane at the PPV. Jericho and Christian will be made to look like bumbling fools, again. There will most likely be another pointless women's match. Sean Morley will most likely screw up the finish of a perfectly good midcard match. The people with the most talent will either be put to use getting squashed by "hosses" or by working Sunday Night Heat. The higher-ups will hear the pop that Stacy Keibler gets and say "hey look, Test is over, let's push him harder!"

Give up. Give up now. You'll be a much happier person if you do.

Or, conversely, if you don't like what the IWC has to say about the WWF/E product, don't go into places where they will be criticizing the product. You will be much happier.

Tens of millions of internet users successfully avoid traipsing into strongholds of anti-HHH opinion. Surely it can't be that difficult to have a healthy, spiritually fulfilling internet experience without hitting wrestling msg boards. I mean really, do you think this will be the post that makes people all of a sudden enjoy watching HHH on screen, or suddenly drive them away from the internet so they stop criticizing? Your motivation eludes me.

And for the record, I stopped watching Raw a month ago.

I can no longer afford to miss a wrestling show because there are no internet recaps that don't feature their own little slant on things. Quite frankly, reading stuff on the internet wrestling scene would make anyone, including myself, wonder just why the hell they're a wrestling fan...I sure as hell don't know any more.

Sometimes I wonder myself, and then there are matches like the 4-way on Smackdown on Thursday, or the Eddie/Edge match in September on Smackdown. How about the angle with Angle and Benoit? That's why I'm still a fan.

It's not as easy on the west coast. I may just play NHL 2003 instead.

Ah yes... the only thing around here that's more recurring than the list thread or the HHH thread: The "State of the IWC Sucks" thread. You guys are becoming parodies of yourselves.

I don't forsee watching Raw tonight either (Just got the Nightmare on Elmstreet collection on DVD)... however-
Do you really think they will make the connection between HHH and the low ratings? Not likely. What will happen is that Test will be de-pushed, because it MUST be his fault, or Vince will stop putting on Women's WRESTLING matches, and go back to pudding bra and panties matches.

Man that was sounding like one hell of a show. I was wondering how the hell I'd last till Friday to see it and then i realised; why aren't the 3MW being given a chance to blow spots and injure up and coming stars? Wheres the excitement of a Storm/Regal tag match against a randomly thrown together team?

Ah well, looks like I can go out Friday night after all...

The only way Raw will change is if the ratings get so low that the TNN execs go up to Vince and say "Your show sucks, change it or you won't have a show to change."

It's Vince McMahon, the luckiest idiot in the history of the wrestling business. He wouldn't take the hint if every fan on Raw tonight held up a sign reading "We Do Not Want To See Triple H".

Unfortunately, if that were to happen, he would probably bring back Heyman's old Network storyline.
As for the 'We Do Not Want To See Triple H' signs, Vince would probably think that the NOT was a typo, and think that its all Trip/all the Time that the public wants.
Now, for a brief clique scorecard summary:
Shawn Michaels: As a face champion, has always been a horrible draw (see 96-97, current)
Kevin Nash: Almost killed the WWF as champ, helped kill WCW as champ/booker.
Scott Hall: Drunk.
X-Pac: Engaged to a transexual.
Justin Credible: Killed ECW with his worthless World Title reign that made me wish for a return of Ron Garvin as World Champion.
HHH: Did well during second title reign. Has been a detriment since his return.

Thus, in a brief overview, the clique has generally been a detriment to wrestling organizations.

"Kevin Nash: Almost killed the WWF as champ."

Not true. Nash's run as the champion did roughly the same numbers as Yokozuna, Bret and Shawn's title reigns; WWF's business was in the crapper due to pushing goofs like Mabel and coming up with gimmicks such as TL Hopper and Duke Droese. Nash was actually one of the more interesting parts of '95 WWF, actually.

Shawn's face run as champ tanked worse then Nash's run. Bret's runs did fairly well as did Yoko's in comparison to Shawn & Nash.

Your WWE.com Raw preview:

RAW comes to you live to night on The New TNN at 9/8 CT.

We are just six days away from Armageddon. You will not want to miss this final RAW before the huge Pay-Per-View event. Last week, Shawn Michaels -- serving as special guest referee -- was forced to raise the arm of his Armageddon opponent, Triple H(who defeated somebody that's apparently not worth mentioning). The week prior, Triple H attacked HBK during his World Heavyweight Championship Match(against someone who, again, doesn't seem to be worth mentioning). The two former friends clearly have a long and storied history. What will happen tonight, just six days before they meet in the World Heavyweight Championship match at Armageddon?

We'll undoubtedly get more information on all these questions and many more tonight on RAW! Don't miss it when it kicks off at 9/8 CT on the new TNN!
