Reposted on: 26.1.09 1659.01 | Just wanted to throw this out there, because these were being discussed in different threads, but not in one of its own. Anyway, my two cents on what would help the WWF build better feuds structure wise.
1) The belt situation. The one thing WCW has had going for it is the proper structure in its title belts. This is how I think it should be:
World Title - Main Eventers Only
Secondary Title - Lower ME and Upper Midcarders
Tag Titles - Remember: Only teams with TALENT should be holding the actual belt, unless it's a "Shocking Upset"
Midcard Title - Any may apply, but try to reserve this belt for those that posses that TALENT thing again.
Cruiserweight/Hardcore/Misc - These titles are for people who really shine in the field designated by the title. Title holders need to be the best in their field, and should probably be worthy of at least holding the Secondary Title.
Women's Title - Taking the T and A from TALENT and forgetting the rest of the word. God bless 'em.

Here's the second bit of structure that I think the WWF needs. The PPV structure. When the fed splits into two promotions they need to split the PPVs as well. Having two distinct shows having only 6 PPVs a year allow for more time to build up feuds and make each PPV a "MUST SEE". Surely drawing more buys from the current overall 12 ppvs makes more sense than trying to put out more ppvs at the risk of low buyrates for ALL of them. Maybe somehow make both shows coincide at Wrestlemania, just to keep it as the #1 Wrestling event.

Personally, I would set it up like this (probably isn't too unique) once they get two promotions going:
Promotion A (Flair)
World Championship Title
U.S. Title (Bring it back!)
World Tag Titles
Crusierweight Title
Promotion B (McMahon)
WWF Title
Intercontinental Title
WWF Tag Titles
Hardcore/Womens Title
I personally don't care about either the Hardcore or the women's titles, but I would definetly like to see more Crusierweights back on tv. Anyway, that would solve some of the congestedness of the title scene, and let title versus title matches for Wrestlemania (which could become a roster trading time) settle easily, thus creating an automatic run together for the two promotions about this time next year.
