So no matter where he goes it ought to be interesting. I think he might be better on SD! if only for it being easier to edit it out if he swears unplannedly. Admittedly, unplannedly isn't a word but I sure like the sound of it. | tasslex

I was never a WCW fan, and I've probably seen more Essa Rios matches than I have Scott Steiner matches, but just from what I've seen I think he'll be impressive. The General Public knows that he can kick ass. I was watching SS tonight with a few people that barely watch wrestling, and THEY know Big Poppa Pump can kick ass. From what I've read on here, I guess I should be waiting for his Promos though. :) | It's False

Of course, the problem with that is, you've essentially got two cripples headlining Armageddon.
On another note, I marked out for Steiner's return, but the smark in me asks "Was it REALLY the best move to bury Matt Hardy and Christopher Nowinski AGAIN?!" I mean JEEZ! Why is it that anytime a midcard heel is starting to get over, he has to be buried and made to look totally useless the way Matt Hardy has? | ekedolphin

I believe WWE is doing a “heat test” with Nowinski and Hardy, checking to see if their heat will be significantly lowered if they do a few jobs and are punked out a few times. If their overness continues to be high, then they'll have paid their dues and theoretically start getting pushed up the card.
Theoretically. Then again, this is WWE, and Vince's big-man fetish has been well-documented. | dMp

Don't be too sure. I predict a similar state of affairs on SD. With who? Hmmmm
Angle needs to blow off his feud with Benoit, so I see that building for awhile. But Angle would be gold.
Rey, even though busy being tag champ, would be my thought. But I hope for Angle.
I predict that Steiner doesn't "sign" for several more weeks. |
