There were probably more 'good' outfits than bad, but I think the best was the WWF Undertaker of the early 90s.

NO idea why, but I think Tajiri's pants are the second best legwear ever to appear in wrestling.

The best, of course, belong to THEMONSTERMENG. Actually, Meng was fairly cool and menacing when he was Robert Parker's bodyguard. If I remember correctly, he was a suit and sunglasses?

I was a big fan of UT's "hell raiser" get up (don't know if that's the one your talking about), especailly the long coat. He used to have a matching hat to go with it, but it mysteriously disappeared soon after.

Some other ring attires I've enjoyed, off the top of my head:
-Rey Mysterio's Phantom and Spiderman get up
-Chris Jericho's barbwire tights
-Dude Love!
-Mankind's ref attire
-Psychosis
-Kurt Angle's black tights with the gold trimmed US flag
-Harlem Heat
-Great Muta
-Vader
-Ultimo Dragon's black tights and mask

And While not really ring attire, Brian Pillman should be remember for his kick ass tie-dye pants!

Trish Stratus wrestling pants, hugging every curve of her body. Plus I dig the assorted colourful colours she chooses all the time. My favourite are the purple sparkly ones that she brings out once in a while (ohhh baby!!)Click Here

RVD is very cool as well, the black and green dragon is my favourite.

edit in: As for classics, I liked Savage's attire a lot especially when he matched Elisabeth.

I think I have to give it to RVD for his amazing array of spray-painted outfits. They're always original and always cool. They did a pretty awesome segment on the guy who does all the pants, on one of the first Confidential's. Definitely cool stuff.

On a side note (a joking one at that), Repo Man was always one of my old school favorites. His bandit eyewear was hysterical, as well as his outfit with tiremarks on it, and the rope with hook that he brought to the ring....The man was ridiciculous, I was at Raw when he repo-ed Macho Man's car. Haha. He's my hero.

RVD's tights with the skeletal dragon pointing to itself.

Also, Bret's pink and black with skulls always looked tuff. It shouldn't have worked, but it did.

And what about Junkyard Dog's tights? I don't think they were the best, but does anyone know why he had "THUMP" on the back?

My personal favorite of RVD's would be the black backdrop,Hawk/Dragon skeleton with the spine on the back.

Rey Mysterio(the mask...and the pants)

And I hate to admit it,but Matt Hardy. I just love those silk Chinese shirts he wears!

Classics it goes to Savage

Forgot to mention Jushin "Thunder" Liger

I spoke to JYD when he was wrestling some smaller independent shows in the Carolinas shortly before he died and I asked him about the "THUMP" that he had on his tights. He said that was the name he gave to the powerslam he used as a finisher. I don't remember the WWF or WCW calling his powerslam "The Thump".

Oh man, currently the best attire has got to go to Angle. The man is super styling every time he comes out. My favorites are the ones with the giant A on the front, like the Superman logo.

Out of the classics, I liked Macho Man in his pink short tights that said *macho man* on them and yellow boots. Combine that with the sequined robe and head band along with those sunglasses and that's the best.

Please. He's sooo disqualified based on the "candystriper" outfit.

If you count the robe, you gotta go with Flair. Also the Christopher St Connection is classic, though not best ever.

But RVD? Come on, the guy gets his tights airbrushed in Seaside Heights NJ. Especially when he first arrived in WWE, his tights looked *very* bush league.

I'm amazed we've gotten this far without mention of La Parka. The yellow bones on the black was my personal fave look for him.

Hijo del Santo's basic silver suits the character and it's legendary status perfectly.

Bret Hart wearing a huge pink triangle on his jacket (I don't care if it had a winged skull in it) always cracked me up to no end. It reminded me of my wife's nice midwestern town where people would hang huge rainbow flags from their houses and businesses for Reading Awareness Week.

On the indy scene, Christopher Danial's new look is great. I don't think anyone other than him could pull it off though.
