Click Here See those four guys behind HHH and HBK? No chance at all of winning this match. Aren't they all supposed to have an "Equal Chance" of walking out with the belt? Well, the way THAT photo is presented, they are there for Kliq fodder...

But isn't RVD gonna win because he IS the Survivor Series logo?
Or wait...Chris Jericho is going to win because he's the second name on the list.
Or maybe we're just coming up with conspiracies now.
As has been pointed out, Brock is all fuzzy too. That doesn't mean he isn't getting pushed or has no chance to win.

Ehhhhhh... Can't really comment on the hints of the Klique. It could just illustrate that they are looking forward to HHH Vs. HBK after the Survivor Series, or that their rivalry is a key component of the match because it has the most history behind it, post HHH coming over from Smackdown.
Another possible reason may be the fact that Vince hasn't really placed any faith in the other guys to draw ratings or on PPV's, WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Especially since the split. Look at RVD's recent de-push. You have Vince's headliner of the recent past and his future son in-law, or whatever. Of course they are going to be in the foreground.

Well, of the six people in the contest, only the two in the foreground (Helmsley and Michaels) have been multiple-time world champions recognized by WWF/E. Helmsley and Michaels do have the most history among the people in this match, and I don't just mean post-HHH coming over from SmackDown. What about D-X, particularly right after WrestleMania XIV? During WrestleMania XIV, Booker T and Chris Jericho were in WCW, Rob Van Dam was in ECW and Kane's character had just begun getting a serious push. Helmsley and Michaels were teammates and best friends for quite some time before WM XIV, and that partnership ended soon afterward.
Plus all the recently built up history between them. It's hard to deny that if there's a marquee matchup in this Elimination Chamber match, it is HHH-HBK.
I wouldn't necessarily say that just because Booker, Jericho, Van Dam and Kane are in the background that they have no chance of winning. Although the thought had occured to me, even before seeing the picture.
Me, I'm all “BOOKER T! BOOKER T! Y2J! Y2J! BIG RED MACHINE! BIG RED MACHINE! R-V-D! R-V-D!” when it comes to deciding who to root for in the match. LOL...
