| #3 Posted on 1.11.02 1701.26 Reposted on: 1.11.09 1702.37 | In Global Wrestling, The Cartel was the heel stable that took over the whole promotion when it was revealed that the commissioner (my kingdom for the guy's name) was the head of the Cartel. In addition to the brown beard-blonde mullet, great physique and pink trunked Rip Rogers, the stable featured Scott Anthony (Raven) and Muckan Singh (Bastion Booger).
Spanky is a Ring of Honor guy I've never seen.
Guido is James Maritato, who RoH was trying to get over as a shooter. Before that he was in the F.B.I. in ECW. | spf
