Jesse Ventura once again hinted towards a return to WWE today during an appearance on KFAN radio. Ventura stated that "Vince has never had a WWF Champion that has been a former Governor" and also added that he has been working out a lot lately. Ventura also mentioned that "Vince McMahon has the power to make that happen."

This is not the first time that Ventura has hinted towards returning to the ring lately. Ventura plans to leave politics for good soon and wrestling is obviously on his mind.

Well, with 3 virtual cripples as the biggest names on RAW (Steiner, Michaels and HHH) and Hogan coming back soon, I say why not add another geriatric to the main event. I mean, after all, when Jesse was wrestling, wasn't his name Mr. Workrate?

Maybe they should come out with a special "Seniors" belt...

He can't be serious can he? I mean Ventura hasn't actually wrestled a match in like 17 years!

I started watching wrestling in early '86 and he was already retired by then.

Maybe he can be a manager or announcer...but come one!

I don't remember many Jesse matches, but from what I can remember, in tag matches involving the East/West Connection (Jesse and Adrian Adonis) against The High Flyers (Greg Gagne and Jim Brunzell), Gagne was not, I repeat not, the worst worker in the match.
If Jesse came back as a commentator, fine, he'd be better than Lawler (although Jesse wasn't exactly lights out as an announcer in WCW in the 90's). But as a wrestler, Jesse would make us want to watch Pat Patterson face Brisco in a marathon match.

Jesse back as a commentator with JR would be awesome...
Could JR hang, is my question?

Somewhere in California, Pete Wilson is rubbing his chin in deep thought...

Somewhere out there, HHH is thinking the reverse! There are hot races in California and New York he could just HOP into, and maybe win...
World Champion, Governor HHH?

I'd love to see Jesse take over Lawler's spot on RAW but JR hates Ventura even more then Heyman.

Although the hate with Heyman made for some great chemistry.

I'd like to hear Ventura, Heyman and Tazz as a 3-man team myself--or at least Ventura and Heyman.

He's right, Vince has never had a WWF Champion who's been a former governor.

Hopefully, that will continue indefinitely.
