| #2 Posted on 31.10.02 0930.28 Reposted on: 31.10.09 0932.33 | Wow. That's all I have to say. I mean, they managed to get a LOT of people in here, considering that Just Bring It had like 32 wrestlers. I loved how they had so many in Smackdown 2, and I still play that game whenever I want to make a pay-per-view or have title matches. Smackdown 3 honestly disappointed me on that. I mean 60% of when I play the games is to make pay-per-views. I can see a few left out, or maybe I just missed some. I can already see my Create-A-Wrestlers now. Jamie Noble, Nidia, Victoria, Crash, Funaki, TAKA, Spice (well I always put her in my games, heh heh.) Seems really good, probably the best lineup yet, and NO Mark Henry!
Edit: On further inspection, Mark Henry IS in it. NOOOOOOOOOO! The pain continues.

The first game was what got me into wrestling games. I just HATED those games where it was like left, right, right, up, triangle, square, down, 360 degree turn on control pad to get a freakin' X-Factor! I played one of those once, and my match consisted of punches, kicks, and armbars. Chalk me up in the "I hope the controls are EXACTLY the same" catagory.

I am disheartened that they couldn't fit Rey Mysterio in the game, but I love how many people are in the game.

Create-a-wrestler, of course.
I have to wonder why the hell Austin and X-Pac are in it, though. I guess I can almost understand Austin, since WWE will get as much mileage out of him and his likeness as possible, but X-Pac?!?! Will his inclusion have ANY effect on the sales? | Zeruel

no, but they own the likeness, might as well exploit it, ala the bret hart music firing up for the anthology CD.
you have to realize that the lineup was probably set a few months ago, so if the coders had already finished x-pac, why exclude him and waste all that effort...besides, people will be clamoring for him for NWA:TNA CAW's anyway.... | dMp

Guys like Noble have been on the roster long enough that I'd think he should be in it, but Rey might be kinda short. As far why X-Pac and/or Austin aren't out yet.. WWE Raw had K-Kwick in it I think?! | Spaceman Spiff

EDIT: Well, the pictures don't work anymore, but, if you didn't see them, rest assured they're pretty damn close to the quality of the in-game models.

Batista Chavo Guerrero Christopher Nowinski Crash D'Lo Brown Dawn Marie Eric Bischoff Funaki The Godfather Howard Finkel Hugh Morrus Jackie Gayda Jacqueline Jamal Jamie Noble Johnny Stamboli Justin Credible Linda Miles Lilian Garcia Nidia Rey Mysterio Rosey Saturn Sean O'Haire Shane McMahon Shannon Moore Shelton Benjamin Steven Richards Terri Tommy Dreamer Victoria
Eh. Nothing too glaring outside of those mentioned, Dreamer, and Mysterio. And Justin Credible, sorry Cubs. Surprised you missed Mysterio, unless I missed you not missing him. | Zeruel

Though I've seen screenshots of the "Rey Entrance" and the 6-1-9 (It's a turnbuckle move and it hits the stomach, but it's obvious that is what it's supposed to be), so I'm guessing creating him will pretty much be a snap. | bubblesthechimp
