West - Kings, Mavericks, Twolves, Lakers (who by the way, would've dropped to fifth if they had lost to the Spurs today), Spurs, Portland, Seattle, Utah, Clippers (i know that's 9 teams, but the Utah and Clippers are tied for eighth spot
East - Nets, Bucks, Celtics, Raptors, Magic, Pistons, Pacers, Wizards, and 76ers (again nine teams because Washington and Philly are tied for eighth)
Think about these teams five or six years ago. The Kings, Mavericks, TWolves, Clippers, Nets, Bucks, Celtics, Wizards and 76ers were all horrible. The Raptors weren't even around yet. Even the Lakers were down not too long ago. (In their Nick Van Exel/Anthony Peeler/Vlade Divac days)
It's like the whole NBA has turned upside down in the past 5 or 6 years.
I guess we can still count on the Golden State "Black Hole of Basketball" Warriors to be bad.

That said, WHY HAVE WE WON 3 IN A ROW NOW??!! Fuck it, just throw the season like San Antonio did a couple of years ago and have David Stern rig the draft lottery so we can get Jason Williams. I also think we should trade Sprewell and Camby. I don't want a 50 win playoff team 2nd round exit every year. I want a championship and the only way is to nuke the team and start over. Suck for 2-3 years, clear the cap and then make another run.
