Stolen (tee hee) from IMDb:

Britney, Madonna and Eminem Unite To Fight Pirates

Britney Spears, Eminem and Madonna are uniting with a host of top chart stars to campaign against illegal downloading of music from the internet. The trio, along with Missy Elliott, Elton John, Sting, Phil Collins, Luciano Pavarotti, Brian Wilson, Shakira, Mary J Blige, Sheryl Crow and other major recording artists and songwriters, will star in TV commercials warning people about the evils of online piracy. Hilary Rosen, chief executive officer of Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA), a trade group for the music industry, says, "We want to hit fans with the message that downloading music illegally is, as Britney Spears explains in one of the spots, the same thing as going into a CD store and stealing the CD. Too many people don't realize that when you download a song you like from a peer-to-peer network or some other unauthorized internet source, what you're doing is stealing music." The campaign came about after an alliance of several recording, publishing, musician trade groups known as Music United For Strong Internet Copyright (MUSIC) Coalition.

There are many things that can be said about this, but my favorite is the fact that the acronym of the group is the SAME as a word in the group title. Imagine if N.O.W. was called N.O.WOMEN.

I went to school with a guy named Ian Abraham Nash.

Oh, and he was opposed to file swapping on the internet, to stay on topic.

My sister's name is Megan Elizabeth Grimm. And I've never much felt the need to stay on topic.
