I just changed to a new machine at work and found that all the music files on my old system were recorded as REAL MUSIC FILES with security... (rmx files)
None of the media players on my new system recognize these files and I am not willing to pay 25 bucks every 3 months to REAL to use their new player. I was using Real Jukebox on my old system, which worked great and was free...
Anyone know of a tool to convert these files, other than Real's tools themselves.

If you do that, then you can use the DiskWriter plugin to record the audio. TotalRecorder's shareware, but you don't need to pay the $40 fee if you're willing to look hard enough. In both cases, they'll record as WAV's, so you should have much mroe flexibility. | ALL ORIGINAL POSTS IN THIS THREAD ARE NOW AVAILABLE |
