Everything on Disc 2 is a full match, by the way, including the SNME Cage match with Bossman, the time he jobbed to The Genius (and hopefully when Perfect stole his belt and smashed it with a hammer afterwards - which is generally rumoured to be the Hardcore Title Belt), and Harley Race's last WWF match where Hogan actually puts him through a table (for the first time ever in the WWF, if I'm not mistaken.)

EDIT: And, supposedly, that's the entire 1990 Royal Rumble on there, although I haven't seen it yet and am willing to bet it's probably just from when Hogan enters.

Wow, I'm no Hogan fan, but this looks like a great DVD.
Any idea how much it costs? Is it on sale at Best Buy?

Even though they are both on the WM X8 DVD it would have been nice to have the Warrior and Rock matches on there just to have them all in one place. Oh well, there isn't much to complain about- it looks like an awesome compilation. I'm gonna pick it up as soon as I get the chance to.

Does anyone know if the Randy Savage chapter on disc one includes their entire WM V match? I hope so.

Could you imagine if they do something like this on Michaels? That would be incredible. Also, a Bret Hart DVD would rule, but I don't see it happening this lifetime.

The main program covers Hogan's career and only lasts like an hour and five minutes, and about a quarter of that focuses on Hogan's return to the WWF. So you can imagine how much stuff they gloss over. The whole chapter on Savage is basically "Randy and I were best buds. Then he blamed me for breaking up his marriage." No mention of Savage's face turn or the Megapowers or Wrestlemania V.

They skimped on the extras too (or so I'm told, I haven't checked yet myself). No Race, Bossman, or HTM matches from SNME, just Hogan cutting promos on them.

Still, there were a lot of great extras (like Hogan's return to the WWF in late '83 and his first title win). Worth my $20.

I like the old Tuesday Night Titans footage.

Lord Alfred Hayes reminds me of William Regal. Whatever happened to Hayes.

I'm a bit confused here, it says on disc 1 that there are a few matches like the Rock and HHH from this year is that all talk and no action or is it the matches? If its the matches then this is the most stacked DVD I have ever seen for a wrestler. Jeez, even withouth those two matches it looks great. I don't like Hogan that much, but damn those are some quality goodies in that thing.

I'm also a bit concerned why they put his job to the genuis and not jobs to Taker, Sting, Angle or Goldberg in there as well, because I think those are some of his best matches.

A Fan- If anything I'm getting it for the greatest Wrestlmania moment of all time Hogan bodyslamming Andre, brother.

I bought this yesterday at Sam Goody. It was on sale for $20 and comes with a Rock bobble-head doll. I may be crazy, but I like the bobble-head. Looked like a good deal to me.

Look for the Easter Egg on Disc 1...it'll definitely bring back memories from yesteryear...the damn cheesiest thing I've seen in a long time, and I mean that in a good way.

There's also an easter egg on disc 2. Waaaay worse than the one on disc 1.

I was a bit disappointed that the last few 'extras' on disc 2 weren't matches, but just promos. They're all the same, classic hogan-style promos.

That all said, it's a real good disc. I haven't been a hogan fan in years, but it was worth it.

Yeah, I was looking forward to seeing the Bossman cage match (w/Zeus beatdown) again, but c'est la vie say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell.

Still, it's a phenominally stacked DVD, and I hope they pull together more of these two-disc sets. How about one for Flair? Or Michaels? Or even The Fucking Rock?

I still think a big retrospective on the Monday Night Wars seems necessary one of these days. Although I kinda doubt they'll be releasing any "Huckster" footage these days.

hmm....i'm at work right now, so forgive me if this is off, but here's the general idea:

-disc 1: go to the second-to-last chapters screen, highlight 'hulk still rules', press play for something i haven't seen since i was like 8. this could be considered insulting in some circles.

-disc 2: go to the last 'extras' screen, highlight 'hulk still rules,' and press play.

mean gene okerlund should be shot.

that's all i have to say.
