"The [live-action/computer-animated] picture will focus on the origin of Phooey's supernatural talents and a villain intent on stealing those powers." Um, it's called a BOOK. How complicated is that? (Okay, the shapeshifting Phooeymobile was a little bit surreal.)
Something in my brain is prompting me to fetch a torch and a pitchfork, and I'm not doing much to dampen that urge.

The only reason I know ANYTHING about the show is because it's on reruns on Cartoon Network and my sister loves it (She has an excuse, she's 8).

The best part of "Josie and the Pussycats" was actually Josie and the Pussycats,I'll give you that but everything else around it was garbage.

The core of the Josie movie was actually cool, in that it was supposed to be a satire on modern media and commercialism. Of course, it didn't end up that way. It would have helped to actually have Alan Cummins and Parker Posey be Alexander and Alexandra Cabot.
